李沧区派出所打电话说要开峰会了，我必须去派出所签个承诺书，否则会关掉我的网站，我考虑了一下，说你们给我关掉吧，反正也不赚钱，光花钱，结果它们不停打电话，让我去派出所，我就说，我被偷了5、6年，你们派出所都不管，甚至报警都不出警，我怕你们派出所，不敢去，你们把我网站关了吧，可是它们还是打电话，我就说，我的户口是市北的，又不属于你们辖区管，只是住在你们辖区，我可以把房子卖掉，或租房子，凭什么你们派出所天天找我？然后它们说：“你的服务器还是域名写的是李沧区这个地址”，我于是改成了美国，然后它们打电话来质问我说，“你把地址改成什么了？！”我吓了一跳，害怕被扣上里通外国的罪名，就说，“我改成没有地址了，我不需要地址，”他们说“那么跟市北区说，让市北区管了啊？”我说：“好的”，结果市北区网警根本不需要我去派出所签承诺书，而是让我在公安的网站上备一下案就可以。

正常的程序是在公安的网站备案官网提交信息，不是去派出所，派出所一般是处理110报警后的事情，李沧区警察让我去他们那儿，并且想要一个承诺书，这是不正常的。
